PeakExperience LLC shall include into its business plan an additional activity, i.e. operation of summer leisure facilities: rope parks, high-altitude swimming pool, trampoline site, and shall render additional services of horse rental, bicycle and electric equipment rental, paintball, hiking tours, etc. All these services were successfully tried at Arkhyz ATRC in the completed summer season. Resident’s investment amount shall increase by RUB 14.7 million.
Yug Tourism adjusted construction volumes within the previously announced facility, i.e. apart hotel Arkasara in Lunnaya Polyana tourist village, and also the project implementation dates.
‘Once a resident entered our territory, it must work. And also perform instructions of audits by the Ministry of the North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation and do so within the established time frame. A flexible system of investors support was created: projects can be adapted to the today’s realia, market requirements, but all facilities must be on the ground, rather than on the paper. We follow this thoroughly,’ Odes Baysultanov, First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs – Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC NCR, noted during the meeting of the Expert Council for SEZ.
