The official name of North Caucasus Resorts Open Joint-Stock Company (NCR OJSC) is changed to North Caucasus Resorts Joint-Stock Company (JSC NCR). Changes in the new edition of the Company Charter were approved at the extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held in Moscow on October 19, 2015.

The Charter was brought into conformity with the provisions of chapter 4 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The new version of the document has also changed the size of the share capital of the Company in connection with the completion of the procedures for its increasing after the additional issue.
