Joint-Stock Company North Caucasus Resorts was the first Russian company to receive the International Prize Mountain Planet Awards, which was given at the 23rd International Mountain Development Fair Mountain Planet, held on these days in Grenoble, France.

Leading world experts in the industry recognized the management company of the North Caucasus Tourism Cluster the Best Russian Company in Alpine Tourism Development. The first prize of Mountain Planet Awards was also awarded to French organizations and mountain territories, such as Compagnie des Alpes, management companies SATA (Alpe d’Huez resort) and Setam (Les Trois Vallées resort), and commune Seyne-les-Alpes (Le Grand Puy resort). Among international companies, apart from JSC NCR, the experts recognized Chinese holding Vanke Group.

The Director of the Expert Analysis Department of Joint-Stock Company Northern Caucasus Resorts Vladislav Subbotin, who received the award, thanked the organizers of the Mountain Planet Awards for the great interest for the development of Alpine tourism in Russia and particularly in the Northern Caucasus. ‘Now our company runs three resort — Arkhyz, Elbrus and Veduchi, but this is only the very beginning of the project. I want to invite all of you to Russia to our resorts, to try our snow and slopes and to experience the Caucasian hospitality,’ he said.
